The BioPad device can be used for various
neurofeedback and biofeedback scenarios. Although we make no claim of
medical treatment outcomes, we provide some operational tips to help you get
set up.

Use with Popular Biofeedback Systems
The BioPad will use the same setup as the Feedback Media Platform. The following
detailed topics are reused from that device to avoid redundancy.
Suggested Gaming System Use:
An example practical use of this device is to help children to maintain a calm emotional
state in spite of stressful game play. Use biometric sensing equipment to detect Neural
patterns or Electrodermal Response (Galvanic Skin Response) patterns, and if they exceed
a set threshold, pause the game. Practitioners have found that you must use an adaptive
threshold, so that the subject is at least 80% successful. If the subject gets significantly
out of the desired "zone", it is required that the zone be moved to where the subject is
until he makes progress, when the zone can be moved, etc.
