Grounding Cable

When used with Neural-Feedback protocols, some users reported stray voltages delivered to the subject from the hand controller. Although there is no direct electrical path through the hand controller, as it is all insulating plastic, there may be surface conduction through moisture or other contaminants. To minimize these stray voltages, we supply an additional grounding cable.

The green banana plug cable plugs into the grounding point supplied.

Connect the other end of the cable to a grounding point on your feedback equipment or to a earth-ground. A good example of earth-ground is typically the coverplate screw in a grounded electrical outlet. CAUTION: DO NOT CONNECT THE GROUNDING STRAP TO POWER OF ANY KIND OR IT WILL DESTROY THE BIOPAD DEVICE.

These normally come with one hand controller, which is probably all you will need. (Available at department store for about $99)

At least one game

They usually don't provide any with the system (Tetris is commonly used for Biofeedback scenarios, and is available for GameCube.) Games that have steady action are best, without periods of inaction. Also, avoid games that utilize the PAUSE/PLAY button during normal game play. For example, NFL Football uses that button to select plays, so it is not a good choice.
