CogniVideo Tips: J + J Engineering

This Application Note provides one very simplistic setup of the J+J Engineering product. Please use it as a starter guide only.

Use the Audio Control method of interfacing.
Connect the Audio Cable from the speaker output of your PC to the Audio In Connector of the CogniVideo device.
Adjust the threshold knob to about a middle setting.
Play the test sound file to make sure it responds correctly. Turn the volume up on your PC.

Use the following setting in the J & J Engineering application:

Sound and Game Control
- Music Synthesizer
  - Viola
I330C2+
- EMG + TEMP + SC
  - Temp + Threshold (Audio when temp above threshold)
    - Lowest/highest: 60/60
  - Click on Speaker to turn on.
