Cognisys is a California Corporation founded in 1990.
The Charter of Cognisys, Inc. is to provide innovative software and/or hardware solutions for fundamental problems. The areas of focus have been in electronic imaging, telecommunications and in adaptive-feedback control systems with microprocessors, software, and integrated electronics forming the building blocks for these solutions. Consulting and joint-venture arrangements stressing long-term relationships form the alliances required for success.

Raymond is the President and Founder of Cognisys, and holds an MSEE degree from
San Diego State University. He is founder of the MFPA and is the primary
visionary and analyst at Cognisys. Raymond primarily works on software projects,

Mike is a hardware engineer with a current interest in embedded microcontrollers, such as
PIC processors, and solar energy systems.

Andrea is an event planner, and provides support for conferences produced and managed by
Cognisys.
