Really any biofeedback system that has a switch output capability can
employ your interface to play/pause an interesting video depending on whether
the biological response being shaped is under or over a threshold. At an
75-80% reinforcement schedule (considered ideal by neurotherapists), the
video should proceed without too much jerkiness and the client should stay
motivated to continue through the story. I am just adding another dimension,
i.e., 3D, to make it even more intriguing. The right hemisphere processes
spatial perception and has also been implicated in biofeedback learning. I
believe that the 3D presentation is the next best thing to an expensive
virtual reality system.
