Welcome to the Main web
This is the "Main" web. It is a bit of a misnomer because it is mainly for:- a repository for user information
- the definition of Wiki Groups, used for access control (see also Site Permissions)
- Site Preferences, which override System.Default Preferences) and apply to all other webs on the site.
